Reethi Beach is nestled on a nook in the middle of the idyllic Indian Ocean is a hotel so sublime and spectacular, it is the realized actuality of your dreams. This 4-star eco-friendly resort is just 30 minutes from the Maldivian capital of Malé and it is the perfect place to park for a picturesque holiday hideaway on your Maldives vacation.
Reethi Beach is your remote hideaway. Located on Baa Atoll, the island is only 600m in length. White sandy beaches, picturesque palm trees, and aqua blue waters await you at this island sanctuary.
My favorite part of Reethi Beach was our overwater bungalow. A perfectly appointed love bungalow sits on top of stilts above the azure ocean. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea. In the morning, you can open your blinds and awaken to a bright blue ocean daring you to dive in. And by the way, you should take the dare.
Reethi Beach has 5 restaurants and 5 bars on its island property. With-half board and all-inclusive options, you have buffet style meals to choose from. At their four other restaurants, you have your choice of an a-la-carte menu.
Nestled beachside, the Coconut Spa offers a plethora of incredible spa services. Choose from massages, facials, or heavenly nail treatments. I received one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had while at the Coconut Spa! A bonus – you get to nibble on shaved coconut while having treatments!
Reethi Beach is a water lovers dream. There are a variety of activities to choose from!
Water Sports – Get your heart pumping in the water and choose from options such as snorkeling, sailing, waterskiing, jet skiing, or wind surfing.
Scuba Diving – Reethi Beach has their own dive center on site. Beginners can learn how to dive at Reethi Beach by taking a beginners course or they have the option to take an entire scuba course. Advanced divers can dive the spectacular reefs that surround Reethi.
The Gym – If you’re all watered out, there is a proper gym equipped with some cardio and weight equipment for you to workout with. They also have tennis courts and racquetball courts to get your heart pumping.
Wow looks like a great spot for a vacation! And also Eco-friendly? That’s great.
